I assume you mean Internet Explorer 9 - it will be no different than any previous update after IE7. Just it can read CSS3 (really special for the Cohenl Network websites) and a few other updates - nothing special.

It's all about Google Chrome for me. Beats the pants off FF and IE and mostly Safari in performance.
Granted, still don't have the full capability of FF such as debugging and what not but they're working on it.

I agree with Phoenix, every browser has its own unique good functions and it really depends on your own needs.
I think Opera has one very good function: An ¨open in different browser¨ button  .
